Overview
Neotropiclab is an environmental science consultancy based in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, founded by a group of biodiversity and ecology professionals. Their mission: conservation of biodiversity and maintenance of Earth's ecosystem functions, grounded in Brazilian Environmental Law, scientific knowledge, and guidelines from environmental regulatory bodies.
The site was built on WordPress 4.8.2 using a heavily customized child theme of the Spark framework, with WPBakery Page Builder (v5.3) for flexible layout composition and Revolution Slider (v5.4.5.2) for the animated fullscreen homepage hero. Each of the three service areas — Environmental Consulting, Data Analysis, and Courses & Training — received its own dedicated landing page with a full-width header image and inline quote-request form via Contact Form 7.
The homepage also featured a Coworking Lab section and a team section with individual profiles for the founding scientists. The footer carried contact information for the Florianópolis office.

a mobile-responsive custom theme with a brand-consistent color system, ensuring the site communicated scientific credibility to both public-sector clients and research partners
Consultoria Ambiental
Reservoir management (invasive species such as *Limnoperna fortunei*), aquatic flora and fauna assessment (macroinvertebrates, zooplankton, phytoplankton, fish), and environmental licensing documentation (EIA, EAS, LAP, LAI, LAO).
