Overview

Web Solutions was an early-career freelance partnership between Leonardo Lima de Vasconcellos and Fernando Marcucci, offering webdesign, web portal, and custom systems development services. This repository preserves the partnership's own marketing site — a self-hosted, table-based HTML portfolio typical of the early-2000s web — built to showcase completed client work and provide direct contact details for new business.

The portfolio embedded three real projects: Flundi, a community site for an electronic-music mailing list; a browser-based tool for editing CSS attributes online; and a corporate site for Alpen, a textile manufacturer. Together they show the range of work the partnership took on, from community sites to internal tooling to corporate web presences.

This archive preserves the site exactly as served — the original .htm files, embedded images, and the CorelDraw source files used for the site design and a matching business card — kept for historical reference only.

Highlights

Client work portfolio

A curated showcase of completed projects — a community site, a browser-based style editor, and a corporate textile site — demonstrated the partnership's range and built credibility with prospective clients.

Direct-contact lead path

Contact details placed alongside the work gave interested visitors an immediate route to start new business, the core purpose of a freelance marketing site.

Self-produced brand presence

A cohesive visual identity carried across the site and a matching business card, produced in-house, signaled design capability to prospects before a single brief was discussed.
